Returns & Refund Policy - PartySpirit
At PartySpirit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our refund policy is designed to ensure you receive the highest quality service and support.
14 days Returns Policy.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@partyspirit.co.uk.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team. We guarantee that all items shipped will be first-quality, non-defective, and substantially the same as the example pictured.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item or bring your item in store to return as a free. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
We will bear the cost of return, if you have received faulty or wrong item.
Cancellation
Customers have 12 hours after making a purchase to request a cancellation. We will happily process a full refund. Additionally, we can correct or modify your shipping address before the order is shipped.
